Update: 5/28 aerial and staging area

I agree with BMX, although I think this coaster could reach a height of 200 ft with a 90 degree drop. I think it would be cool to be riding so close to the ground that you practically flying.

Yeah Walt... now that we know without a shadow of doubt that this is going to be the worlds first Terra-Flyer... Cant we just close all these silly threads...

Oh, if only we were as informed as that guy...

God bless the Lemon Chill guy lol close the threads! We all know now!

If CP reads this I was to let you know that we know about the Terra-Flying 'Maverick' so you can unveil all of the blue-prints and everything and quit keeping it secret. Thank you CP for building this!!! ;)

Rumor has it that it'll do a gazillioin flips and go a catrillion miles per second!...i mean, i have the inside scoop...I hear that the color scheme is purple track with puke green supports (i know the uncovered track is red...but thats just to throw all of you non-insiders off). After reaching the 518' 3" point the car then spirals down uncontrollably reaching an approximate speed of 8,000 MPS it then hurls up a 600" hill (using LIM's and a cable lift to reach the top of course) and goes back down at a 115 degree angle...that of course is a rounded off number, the acutal angle is aproximately 113.746474 degrees but thats insignificant . After the hill the car then does infinity helix's that pull so many G forces, i heard your skin might rip off. This is all apparently over lake Eeire. I cant remember the rest though and if i do ill get back to all you guyz...but its all true i tell you...that lemon chill fella is pretty reliable ;) ;) *** Edited 5/30/2006 11:41:49 PM UTC by Guy with a name***

What do you expect from a bunch of spartans? ;)

Also, I loved this post:

"I hope its a looping coaster rather than yet another "my dick is bigger than your dick" biggest coaster in the world. IMHO, Top Thrill Dragster is neither the top nor a thrill, just a drag. Wait for 3 hours + get shot up a hill too fast to see anything + come right back down = zzz "

Yeah... my first thought when i get launched is "BORING"....

Although I am not a huge Dragster fan, I have been on it over 20 times and I still LOVE that launch... I don't know if I will ever get the feelings of "zzz" on it...

I've gotten about 75ish rides on it. After the first 15-20 times it got boring. My rollback on 21 made it cool again for awhile, but then alas I am bored with it.

i believe that the reason that they started so ealry is because they will be doing a lot of demolition during the winter. i think they are going to relocate the wave swinger and get rid of the antique cars and they will demolish the big circular building that they use for haunted house during halloweekends...just a thought so dont bite my head off

Most of the guesses on the Project have been conventional in nature. I thought CP's projects have always been unconventional in the past.

I will agree with Mr. Scott. They didn't place footers in water and leave a pond in the middle of the worksite without water being involved in/with the ride.

Excessive use of smileys are god's way of pointing out the morons in a thread. Seriously, I stopped reading after his 5,000 clapping smileys...

I would say the same thing about 47 exclamation marks. (And yes, that is an exact number, I counted) I'm not exactly calling you a moron, I'm just pointing out that one is as good as 47 and that there is nothing to shout or be mad about. We're not going to ignore you any less because you add a few (46, maybe 45 too many) at the end of your sentence.

I am not mad, I was just sleepy when I wrote it. Like now I should go to bed.

Scream, I have nothing better to do right now than count them, but I'm going to save myself the frustration and guess. My guess is 238 exclamation points. And yes, that is my final answer.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

Man, am I constructive.

Man you bet me to it. Actually the correct number of exclamation points is 808. Now that that’s over with I’m going to bed because my eye’s are really hurting now.

Lets get back on topic shall we. Anyway I think that they could still be keeping the Antique Cars, the markers that we see could mean that they might be retracking the Antique cars with a different layout.
They would just do what they did when Raptor was built. I'm more worried about that restuarant thats right next to the construction zone next to Wave Swinger. I think that could be going if the round Undertaker building gets removed. I don't see Wave Swinger leaving Frontiertown because people love riding that after riding Snake River Falls, or Thunder Canyon.

That is the big difference between us and the GP. Most people have ridden TTD maybe once or twice. Many people here have been on around 20 I would say and then you have Adam who has 117 rides.

Riding the ride once a year for someone is still a big deal.

Here is my take so far. Just a guess really, with height of track based on whether there are two footers or one footer for each section. Obviously there is a ton of room for interpretation.

Now, with weekly aerial updates we should be able to figure this thing out. :) I wish.
