VCR ALERT!!-Monday, May 29

I thought the specials were good. I never saw the Top 10 show last year so it was new for me. I agreed with some of it although while the Thunderbolt deserves a top 10 spot, I don't think it should have been #1. It's good, but not that good. Must disagree with Jeff about the Steel Phantom- I love that thing and hate that they're tearing it down. A little brutal, but so what? As far as the Magic Mountain special, I found it to be very interesting and enjoyed it. Learned some new stuff I never knew before. My favorite 3 parks are IOA, Magic Mountain, and CP (in no particular order)so it was cool to get an inside look at one of my favorite places. The Extreme Ride special was the best though. I've seen that particular Skyscraper in action- when you see it in person, YOU WILL think twice before going. Watching it is nauseating. I bailed out on it and it wasen't the $20 charge, either. There is no way I believe the guy who said no one ever gets sick on it. I've never gotten sick on anything and I wasen't about to start there.
The way it sounds... Scream Parks is going to be an on going thing. You know what I mean? Every year they will have a new "Scream Park" special. Maybe not, but that's jsut the way I am preciving the concept.
I was not to thrilled about the Top Ten replay at all!!!

Yea, that Scream Parks things sounds annual. AT the beginning they list some of those parks, CP, KW, etc.. THey need these shows to go 2 hours..
*About the Top 10 show**
It would be a great idea for a show...if they updated it every year. I hope I'm not wathcing that same show this time next year with the SP torn down..

sorry dude, mf was only on for about 15 seconds their missing out on the fun
It took me a couple of days to ponder the question, but how can a show about rollercoasters feature a ride like the Spiderman multi-media attraction? If that is a 'coaster, so is the Haunted Mansion at Disney.

Just because it runs on a track, doesn't make it a rollercoaster.
The show that had Spiderman was the Extreme Rides 2000 show. It also had the Skyscraper, which isn't a coaster either. Reguardless, it's still good stuff!

Yeah teh show itself is about EXTREME rides, hence the name. Coasters tend to be extreme but I am sure that skyscraper thing is and I can definatly say that the SpiderMand ride is way above the rest!
