VP of Park Op?

Can someone let me know who the current VP of Park Operations is as well as the person who is in charge of the Season Pass center? We received extraordinary service last week and wanted to let someone know.

Well from my understanding the pecking order from the top down is, Rich Helzel (check the spelling of his last name, VP of Operations -- again, check title), Bill Spehn, Director of Park Operations, Candy Frankowski, Director(?) of Park Admissions. Hope this helps.
