All Season Dining Plan Changes

I don't believe so, I don't think the regular cup is either.

From personal experience I have used Point's cup at other CF parks. Namely WWK and KI. I have been assured by park staff that the cups are valid chain wide in previous seasons so I do not see 2016 being different. But policies are always "subject to change" at any moment.

I have used our cups (bought at CP) at MI Adventure and Kings Island without an issue as well, but wasn't sure about this new one since they offer 2 different types of cups.

Cedar Point, Americas rip- rockin', high flyin', sky defyin', record breakin' roller coast

Refillable cups, including both pop and popcorn versions are good at any park during the season they were purchased. The 2015 cups expire on 12-31-15, so we still have a few days to fly out to Knotts and get some $.99 drinks.

According to CP Food Blog, Chick-Fil-A is leaving the park and Johnny Rockets along with C&P and Chuck Wagon will be added to the plan.

Dang! I like Chick Fil A too. RIP to the delicious chicken nuggets. I hope they get something real good in its place.

Personally one change I would like to see is just make all basic items available at all food stands that offer them, By basic items I mean the burgers, hot dogs, tenders, etc. If one stand offers them why not all stands that offer the same CP food? It's kind of annoying having to walk past some food stands or mobile carts that offer the same food just to find one with offers the meal plan. I'm sure there is some sort of strategy to this.

Not to concerned with Chic-fil-a dropping off as I usually only go to the park on Sundays. As long as Panda Express stays on then I'm content. That's typically at least a once a trip stop due to the amount of food you receive. How about adding a Skyline Chili like KI? It's a wonderful meal plan option when I'm at that park.

Thats got to be just a rumor, it's still listed on the CP website as a food location and it's still on the dining pass . It pic has a quote a worker that worked there and said they were closing, i mean thats as confirmed as a rumor from the lemon chill guy.

My Top 10- 1.Steel Vengeance 2.Fury 325. 3.Maverick 4. EL Toro 5. Millennium Force 6. Wicked Cyclone 7. Intimidator 305 8. Thunderhead 9.Boulder Dash 10. Diamondback 11. Lightning Rod

If it turns out, I won't mind seeing Chick-Fil-A go. The park doesn't need to be wrapped up in their controversies.

It seems like Chicken Shack would be a good fit to replace it.

Chicken Shack was the first place I thought of as well

Chicken Shack would be a good choice. However, I think it would be cool to have another location of Midway Market in the back of the park.

Only if they can make midway market food edible again.
If they do that, then yes.

Simply having a manager that's paying attention on site would work wonders there.

I would like a Skyline Chili back there. I ate at one near Kings Island last year and it was really good. I'd like to go in there and enjoy a nice 3-way.

I'm opposed to Skyline Chili. However, I'm all for another chicken place back there.

Maybe they'll find somewhere for another employee cafeteria in the back of the park while they're at it. I feel bad for those who work back there because they don't get the luxury or air conditioning/heat on extreme temperature days.

If its a chicken replacement we are looking for, then Zaxby's is a great option as well.

Glad to see new options added to the dining plan. Never been to Chickie's and Pete's nor Johnny Rockets. As for CFA, I'm disappointed, but there's one coming to Lansing so I'm good there. Wonder what this would mean for the locations at the other CF parks.

No Jesus Chicken? Sweet. Wasn't that good anyways IMO...

Seeing Chickies & Petes on the plan sounds great, I'm curious to see what they impliment there. I'm surprised across the chain they haven't expanded much recently. I'd love to see them expand everywhere if possible. It was a treat to head down to Carowinds and enjoy it there as well.

Chuck Wagon is an exciting addition as well, and maybe Johnny Rockets depending on what they offer.

Overall good news, next year looks to already be starting on the right foot.

Hopefully the new sit down options aren't up charges

Nooo, I will miss Chik-Fil A.

Hopefully something halfway decent replaces it. I wonder why they are replacing it? It's so popular in the park.

Chicken Shack question. As a Chicagoan, I immediately think of local "chain"* Harold's Chicken Shack, but I'm guessing that's not the Chicken Shack in question. Are y'all talking about the Detroit-centric Chicken Shack?

*In quotes because basically what Harold sells is the name and the recipe, and the buyer is free to change or ignore the recipe.
