Valravn Goes Vertical--Construction Starts

More pull through testing going on this morning it looks like!

Also looks like there is temporary fencing in place around portions of the low clearance areas maybe just so they have some fencing in for testing.

It appears as though there could be some testing going on. Live Camera 1 is now pointed towards the GateKeeper midway.

And they had placed temporary fencing around the low zones.

With them putting temporary fencing around all of the low clearance areas over the past two days, I'd say they're definitely full circuit testing today or tomorrow.

Has a complete pull through happened yet?

No trees were harmed in the sending of this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

I'm pretty sure all they do is check the clearance envelope in tight areas.

I think the only thing they do a pull through for (with regards to using the train) is for sensors and other brake related things. Which is what they did a couple of days ago.

Edit: As of this typing, they are pulling the two-car train to the lift hill.

They've got a lot done the last two days in terms of fencing and some landscaping. Looks like they're building a purgala type structure next to that purple tattoo shack which would be nice for seating. Probably another 3 point basketball game though... Lol

It's still just in it's pull through phase. The train doesn't even have all 3 cars on it. Plus the 2 car train is still sitting at the base of the lift hill.

We will soon. In like, 38 days. ;)

It's probably that "queue line" is redundant. And spelled "queue."

That is a very, very long way up....

That's a lot of stairs to climb for the Sunrise Thrills. Better start training now to get into shape.

There will be a cart that goes up to the top, like millenniums but bigger

There's no certainty that they'll allow the use of the funicular to take the Sunrise Thrills guests up to the top.

I bet they might because riding the funicular to the top is safer for guests than climbing a bunch of stairs.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

Yeah, I forgot about the funicular. I wouldn't be surprised if that's how they get guests to the top. I'm wondering if they will do the spiral staircase to the MCBR as part of the Sunrise Thrills,

Unless they're going to gear up everyone with fall protection, it's pretty certain.
