RMC Streak Photo Update - May 7, 2017

Look at two posters again. One definitely looks like a girl. The other looks like space related. Hmm maybe Space Cowboy. One arm looks like attachment you would see on a transformer. What do you think? Maybe "Desperadoes "

I think this has to be a SteamPunk theme. If you are not familiar with Steam Punk look it up. I would be very suprised if this wasnt the theme.

Maybe "Gangster of Love"? Nah, that doesn't work. What about "Maurice"?

If so I would say it's definitely more of a Western themed steampunk.

Desperado sounds possible. Would put a shame to the ride in Nevada, that's for sure! Other western/steampunk themed names might include renegade, villain, outlaw, bandit, and I guess stampede? Any other thoughts??

It's getting a little taller.

This thing gets more and more awesome every day, in the true sense of the word.

Since Screamworks is a steampunk themed haunt, maybe in 2018 they could relocate it near the new ride and if they connect the Gemini midway to the railroad crossing, that would be a cool new location for it and they could come up with something new to put on FT.

Armistice, Bandoliers, Double Barrell, Regulator, or Rustler. The people in the wanted posters are members of the Crystal Rock Peace and Betterment League.

Also wanted to jump in and say Railblazer sounds pretty cool. Any thoughts on Railrider?

The posters by RMCMS are copies of a poster on the covered bridge on the antique cars by Maverick, been there forever. Interesting they copied that.

New for 2024- Wicked Twister Plus

Maybe the trains are antique cars? Not sure how they tie to frontier.

horseless carriages ;) remember in Back to the Future Part III when the Ms Sarah Claytons horses get spooked and brake free from her carriage and the carriage runs out of control lol

This just in, Universal Studios sells their defunct Back to the Future ride to Cedar Point!

Halloweekends- Harvest Fear, Tombstone Terror-Tory
Ride Operations- Professor Delbert’s Frontier Fling

hey it was a fun thought for train theming lol horseless carriages. Id say maybe mine cars but I doubt it being they have the mine ride right over there

Looking at the pics ,it does not look like the ledgers are going 200' up. but it looks even with the ledgers going down. Could it only go up to that point and go straight across so the entire train will be on a ledge? It could than go down at a 90 degree drop. Thus a Wooden dive coaster? Just thinking out loud here.

I was thinking either a flat section or a dip kinda light Lightning Rod. Thing that makes me think a possible dip is if you look at the picture the center ledger( belonging to the older structure) is shorter than the rest

^That center "old ledger" could be removed or built over though.

It probably won't be straight track. It'll likely either be a peak like most RMCs or a dip like Outlaw Run (which has a smaller version of Lightning Rod's dip, but with a chain lift.) We just don't know, they could build up a bit more (though they might need to beef up the lift structure even more.) Either way, that drop should be great.
