RMC Streak Photo Update - May 7, 2017

agreed,

time will tell, at this rate it shouldn't be too much longer, unless CP told them to hold off on some details so it keeps us hanging

Thanks for the link. At least we know an announcement is coming and will happen before the end of the season.

A third "Wanted" poster has appeared, advertising a reward of $1,000.

We hired an old guy with a hat and an ax to do this, way back in the fall. I don't know if he rounded up extra people to help him, but that's the person we hired. If he hired extra contractors....bonus.

In the Sandusky register live stream they showed an interview with him and some one else (couldn't tell because of low quality). But anyway, whoever the other person was was saying Tony has too much fun and is much more mysterious about what is happening than any of the other people there. I agree with him. However I will say Tony's interview is most entertaining.

Hmmmm... black shirt... black Stetson...

Wyatt Urp.

The other interviewee (and the one that was a bit less playful) during the Sandusky Register was Jason McClure (VP/GM).

At least you are more forthcoming than Tony. I am going to take his approach - I am not going to tell you what I thought of it. You will have to figure out what I thought of on your own.

I guess I have a different idea of what is entertaining.

Reading the comments on Facebook from the WKYC interview and video really highlights how little the public actually knows about this project... many people don't even know which coaster this is (is that Blue Streak...?) or that anything is going on at cedar point at all (They closed Mean Streak...?) ... the other 99.9% of the general admission people have other concerns besides this apparently... LOL

It's funny how seriously people are taking Tony... "He's not giving us information and I don't wike it, wah!"

That's his job. He's being coy, and it's hilarious. We all know what's going on and if you don't know what's going on then you're in for a shock sometime before the end of the season.

People, just have fun with it. Who cares? You'll know exactly how many times you'll flip over and how fast you'll go in less than 2 months.

If I remember right..........

Railblazer was a rollercoaster in Six Flags St.Louis

was only open for a short time as there was a fatality

Wyatt Erp makes me think of Tombstone. What a great flick

^^It was a mine train to stand up conversion that hurt people.

This is exciting I must say. I don't wish for it to be closer to the end of the season ( and winter months). I just can't wait to know the deets of this RMC.

Maverick. All day. Everyday.

I'm not taking it seriously. I just find it to be dumb. I know he cannot give us any information but hearing his repeated non-answers gets boring pretty fast.

I agree. I don't like the way he comes off when not giving an answer. It's oddly antagonistic. This interview was particularly bad. "I mean, it's your opinion it's a roller coaster". It's just not as funny as I think he thinks it is.

Jason McClure is much friendlier while not revealing anything:
