Ride time app not working?

Hi there, I know the wait times on the app can be completely wrong but for the past two times I’ve been here they aren’t even displaying. User error? Please help!

Try updating the app. If that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall it. Or free up memory on your phone.

On IOS I find the Location Services have to be on for the app. Sometimes I can get them to work with it set to “while using” but often I need to set it to “always”. I just cant leave it set as the app chews through my battery with location services on.

Second the battery wrecker part... It’s kinda ridiculous. Is Android the same way? Or for Jeff, does the app kill your Windows phone battery really fast?

One person I am aware of on here does not have this problem with Android. I have the same problem with the KI IOS app. iPhone 7 and same problem with a 6.

No battery life problem with the CP app on Android.

Someone I know on KIC is still on IOS 9 and has no battery issues. But I had the same problem last year on IOS 10.

The app is mediocre. Most of the time it isn't that accurate on ride times. It's good for maps and showtimes. Mediocre at best for ride times. Plus you now can't have your phone on steel vengeance.. the longest wait time, so what good is it? 😢
