Aug 24, 2008 Maverick Platinum Pass Late ERT

It was fun ERT. I got two rides in from 7:30pm prior to the ERT. Platinum Pass Holders were lined up back to the train station when I finally got in line. Tony passed out little flyers of the Pass Holder Appreciation day. ERT entrance opened at 8:45pm. I got (5) ERT rides in (I think most people did). People were admiring Mark Small's Diamondback T-shirt :) The speiler had to use a bullhorn, I guess the wireless mic is out. It was humid weather but the ride was nice & chilly. The lift hill lights were off for the last half of the ERT. I got to ride with someone different each time, including the second-to-last train with Tony Clark in row 6 - woohoo!

Tony's the best, he's awsome! :) How many people from place's like Cedar Point come on fansites to let people know about events before it's offically announced.

^ You need to do a bit of research. He is Tony of the "Tony and Tyler" blogs on CP's website. They also do PR and advertising for CP I believe.

Why is Tony so awesome? Because he always comes here first (PointBuzz) when anything special is going on. He let us know about Pass Holder Appreciate day, and the new mobile CP website before anyone else. He also comes here to get our opinion on different things. For example, when putting up new web cams he got our suggestions of where they should go. Also if people are whining about something on here, Tony will come and clear things up. I have never met him in person, but he seems like a pretty nice guy to me.

Just hit the search button for searching through the threads, and look up "OnPointTony". I believe that is his SN on here. Then you can read his posts...and decide for yourself if he's awesome or not. :)
