I think there's an "all employees except 'Gomez'" clause in there, somewhere, though. ;)

Clearly, you've never been to any Disney park.

From what I see, CP and WDW have great employees. I think the whole living on site helps that. It allows non locals to work in the park.

I know I'll get feedback on this, but oh well! If you ain't got something nice to say, don't say it at all. Just becuause you're not interested in the topic doesn't mean everyone else isn't either. If you really think a topic is stupid, don't post in it. You're just encouraging more of those threads. BTW, IMHO, I think anyone who has survived an entire season at Cedar does deserve much praise and recognition. It's not all fun and games and many guests believe.

NOTE: I do realize the sarcasm in the upper part of this thread. I am not referring to that.

I don't live on-site at Disney. Does that make me a bad "cast member?"

No, but what I'm trying to say is that these parks have a much greater area to choose from for employees. Other parks have to work with their area only, while WDW and CP can reach out for employees.

I defintely have a fav ride operator that I met this year while riding the rides he was working on.I wont mention any names and I dont even know if he gets on here but he knows who he is! :D Also have had a chance to get to know alot of the live entertainment performers. They are all awesome and so nice. Its not hard to get to know the workers when you've been there at least 50 times in a season though! :)
