Is it worth it to work at cedar point?

Hi
I have all ways wanted to know from the people that work their if its actually worth it. Ive heard from some people how they loved it and others said it ruined CP for them. I have a full time job bringing in $18.50 an hour but am looking at going back to school full time and doing cedar point over the summers and want your thoughts?

I mean, at Cedar Point you're going to be making not even half of what you're getting paid now, without overtime. BUT - I love working at the park. It's a great summer job, and I can generally make about $8,000 a year (before taxes), whereas if I just worked at say... Target at home, I might make half of that even though I get paid more.

keep the full time job and go to school part time (or full time) and get your degree with a lot less debt.

The answer from this corner is a resounding "no", but no one reading this forum seems to take this seriously, so hear me now and remember to thank me later. For different viewpoints see below:

Dude, don't give up a good paying job. Not in this job market. Especially not for something like Cedar Point.
