Millennium vs. Superman

I don't know about you guys but even if the rides were exactly the same height, speed, and layout Millennium Force would take ROS hands down.

Cedar Point runs there rides at full capacity which makes all the difference in the ride experience.

I really don't pay attention to the polls. All I care about is what I like. SROS won, that is somebody else's opinion, not yours, why should you care? Personally I think it would be #4 on my steel list and that would make it #5 on my over all list. MF, Nitro, Maggie, and El Toro would beat it according to my current preferences.

I visited six flags parks three times...and every time I think "It can't be any worse than last time." But it is.

A coaster that kills a person should not be number 1

It technically wasn't the coaster that killed him, it was negligence on the part of the ride operators.

What poll did MF come in second to S:ROS@SFNE?

The only ranking that I was aware of was the Golden Ticket and I know MF was number 1 there.

Actually, MF is #2 in the Golden Ticket poll this year.

Ooops my bad! But hey CP has three coasters in the top ten, with TTD at number 10 beating Kingda Ka number 28. And at number 14 is Raptor.

I know that this a little off topic but you have to check out how loose this guys lap bar is on S:ROS at Six Flags America.

I don't think it's a really matters if either coaster is rated #1 or #100.

Don't know what you guys have been riding, MF offers almost no air. Pityful in comparison to Magnum actually.

I'll be riding S:RoS this summer to get a real feel for the ol girl, and I suspect it shall overtake MF.. easily in fact.

From the reviews i've heard, S:RoS is only rivaled by El Toro in terms of amazing ejector air. And, from those people who've ridden all 3.. it usually goes ET, RoS, and MF in a distant 3rd.

But, of course, to each his own.

S:ROS looks like a fantastic ride. I can only hope to make it up there sooner or later.

And as long as it isn't the Ride of Steel thats at Darin Lake or Six Flags America, I'm fine with it. They both have to be the most ugly piece of **** Intamin has ever produced.
