Don't know what you guys have been riding, MF offers almost no air. Pityful in comparison to Magnum actually.

No airtime on MF? No way! Magnum gives airtime on its bunnies because of their small radius of curvature. Millennium Force gives incredible air time on all its camelbacks. I have to agree to disagree with you on this one.

It all comes down to peoples definition of "air-time". Millennium gives good floater airtime, while Magnum gives more of the ejector airtime (especially 1-3). It's all technically airtime, just certain people prefer one over the other...

Me?... I like both... each ride has it's own unique character and defining moments.

Now I just need to get out to New England to ride Superman.

Slightly off topic, but I'm sick and tired of rides being named after comic book properties. It's nearly impossible to easily know which ride you mean. If someone asks me, "Hey, have you ridden Superman or Batman as Six Flags?" how the hell do I answer? And when you have multiple rides at the same park with the same character forget it. Superman cannot be a coaster, giant drop and kiddie ride, yet he is. I think there should be a law that says Coaster names must be unique, even if they are clones. More great work from the geniuses at Six Flags. C'mon, nobody likes these characters THAT much. And a ride with a person's name in the title doesn't even sound fun and/or scary. Would you rather ride the Tom Brokaw News Flash or The Mangler? I don't think most theme parks even try anymore when it comes to a ride names. Even Maverick could probably have a more thrill-evoking name...

I think the government has enough to screw up without worrying about regulating amusement park ride names.

Amen.

Personally for me my top ten goes:

#2-Magnum
#3-S:ROS @ SFNE
#4-MF

I like ejector air, and also S:ROS is a much longer ride then MF.

Well...what's your number 1? All I care is that the coaster does the job, amuse and enterain the rider by subjecting them to forces.

Indy's back and just in time.

^ Exactly. How other people rate a coaster will not affect the ride it gives to you.
