Who will get what?

I wouldn't be surprised if Big Dipper stays at GL due to its proximity to the bridge and the picnic pavilions.

I doubt CP would get anything other than Texas Twister, and even that seems dubious as if they wanted that type of ride, I'd think they would go for a Riptide model to add in a water component.

I still say Beaver Land Mine Ride will be an awesome fit at Michigan's Adventure. I would love to see it there.

Time Warp and Texas Twister to CP. Put Texas Twister in the Pirate Ride building location with some fountains. Put Time Warp by Wicked Twister/Giant Wheel. I hope the Villain does not get the scrap. The structure is mostly steel, so someone in the chain should want it. Heck, I like it much better than Mean Streak :)

Save the Big DIpper!!!!! Put in condos/outdoor mall with a boardwalk theme and leave the Big Dipper.

MiA needs more coaster rides i think.

But not to the point it becomes Six Flags Michigan. Could it use another? Sure.

Does it need several? No.

^And unrealistic and improbable. Not to mention illogical.

Sorry, but it doesn't seem like CF would want a used ride to go into CP. The reason for this is that CP is able to support large investments such as Maverick and other multi-million dollar rides. MiA, Valleyfair, and the other parks in the chain aren't able to do so year after year.

That said all the rides coming from GL will go into parks that will benefit from them when they probably wouldn't have been able to afford such a ride if GL didn't close. If that makes sense.

i would like to see Dominator moved to CP.

^I also hope TT doesn't end up at CP.

I can't imagine that CF is trying so hard to save money that they would install a second-hand ride at their flagship park. That and it seems even more chintzy for them to simply move a ride 60 miles east. CP is more geared toward bringing somewhat unique rides to Sandusky (Maxair being sort of an exception there)

If they get a flat, it will be brand new.

But I could totally see them putting Villain up there on the beach by WT.

Don't ask me how they would wedge it in there, but I guess they could sacrifice Disaster transport for it without many issues.

I still say that I could see that working, somehow...

Josh

Heaven knows it would at least be a major improvement in terms of aesthetics over that huge, ugly warehouse.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

Yes, it is hard to imagine them putting in a bunch of second hand rides in the park. But wasn't there a FLUME ride there we could have?

Ummm, except for me sitting in front of the bulldozers. ;)

Peace Love Hope

If they don't tell you it's going away, you won't know about said bulldozers. :)

I just hope they bring at least one ride to Cedar Point. I mean, something small, but not to big so there is more room for things. I just want Mean Streak to go. It's only fun when your in the front seat with 2 people.

I heard Texas Twister is pretty old so it isn't as fun. I would think Cedar Point could get a new one if it is true.

I really wish CP would get the Villin

What's Life If You Never Get To The POINT?...see yall in line!

Although they have no land for any rides nor are they a CF property, I think the Memphis Kiddie Park on the west side of Cleveland should get all the rides -- or possibly relocate with their dozen kiddie rides to the GL ride side :)

CP needs Pepsie Plunge.

Dominator- (I really hope CP gets this) Put it behind WT on the beach in the water (just like it was at GL)

Villan- Bring it to CP When they build the boardwalk out from the WT Area, have that along the beach also.

Thunderhawk- MiA

Double Loop and big dipper- Move to the waterpark side of GL

RWB-Scrap

Mind Eraser(headspin)- KI
