Committed Relationships?

Not to throw even more gas into the fire, but one of the reasons I think that statistic is that high is because alot of people who live together before marriage don't have alot of religion in their lives, which I believe is a crucial part of any relationship. But I really don't want to get into that because its a really touchy subject.

Living together made all of the difference for me. Everyone is different, but for us we would've never made it had we not lived together for nearly five years before getting married.

As for religion, I don't think that has anything to do with either. Religion doesn't help anymore than me giving you advice. I was pretty thoroughly disgusted with religion by the time I graduated from college.

Faith on the other hand... that's something different. The two don't need to have anything to do with each other. That's probably another tangent...

Thats what I meant by having religion is having faith. But yeah, I don't think we need to get into a faith/religion debate on these boards.

I had a committed relationship last year..it was really hard. ....I didn't do as much stuff with my friends on my off time as i should have (jen). It sucks...being away from them...if you are in a committed relationship the temptation of cheating should be non existant. But...this year he is coming with me....i love nate.

Hello everyone.... If any of you remember me Im stephanie the past atl of Dragster.. I even know some of you regulars that rode the ride..As for a relationship at Cedar Point. I have broken all odds.My first season I met a wonderful person on my crew and that next january we were married.As of today we are still going strong another year later. Last year we both worked at cp with no troubles even though I was 7 months pregnant. As of this time we are still together with a wonderful 4 month old baby girl .Unfourtunatly I will not be comming back as the tl of camp snoopy because as of two weeks ago lilly will have a brother or sister in october.one summer being hot, angry and pregnant on dragster was enough...

AWWW Marguerite! That was thoughtful of you to say about hanging out with me. But don't worry, we will definately be making up for it this season. We're living together and working on the same ride! We'll probably going to want to kill eachother by the end of the summer! lol just kidding! Here's to the best one yet!
